Great addition to my NECA Aliens collection

Spectacular product and service

I bought a decently rare NECa figure for a great price and the shipment unfortunately was misdelivered or stolen. I notified Route and the Store, and within an hour or two, package was sent, my issue resolved with little effort. Replacement package arrived expediently, packaging was handled with care, and I am very happy with the purchase. Great experience.
